Wicker Park New-Build

Sitting on three lots in a prime Chicago neighborhood, this custom build needed to accommodate the daily needs (and demanding schedules) for a busy family of six. Every detail of the floor plan and the construction was customized – a workout room, a rooftop fireplace, a two-story dining room wrapped in reclaimed Chicago common brick and an exterior garage rooftop sport court.
